Volunteers

Volunteers will support any general art festival logistics - set up or breakdown. This may include assisting with traffic operations, setting up materials, transporting supplies, etc. Time slots include check-in orientation and check-out debrief.

Staff one of the two information booths to answer guest questions and provide brochures that include artist info, trolley stops, music times and locations, and the famous Mint Julip Trail. Time slots include check-in orientation and check-out debrief.

Watch artist booths while they take a short break for bathroom, getting a meal, or going to Artist Hospitality. Time slots include check-in orientation and check-out debrief.

Ice bottled water and distribute cold water to artists on Washington Street. Time slots include check-in orientation and check-out debrief.

The Hipstoric utility player. These volunteers may help in any of the aforementioned areas and/or other tasks within the Volunteer Hub. Time slots include check-in orientation and check-out debrief.
